5Do i have to pay anything up-front?

This single fee covers your custom design, the full build, enterprise hosting, and ongoing technical support. Once you approve your quote, we will send you a link to set up an account and payment information. Once you have done this, we will send you the first invoice, this will be your first month retainer. We will not collect another payment, until your website is live and the first month has passed.
6How long does it take to deploy my services?
We aim to have your complete digital perimeter built, tested, and deployed to production standards within 14 days. If you are utilizing our secure email hosting or bringing an existing domain, we can provision your accounts almost instantly. Global domain propagation takes a maximum of 48 hours, but our servers are live in 30 minutes. We manage the entire technical handover—including migrating your old emails—overnight to ensure your business never misses a lead.
7Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, you’re never locked in—you can cancel at any time. Please note that if you choose to cancel shortly after your website has been built, a small administrative fee may apply to cover the initial setup and development costs.

Payments are securely processed via debit or credit card through our parent company, Raleway. We collect your initial payment to kick off the build process, which serves as your full first-month retainer.
9Do i need a domain name?
To get your project moving as quickly as possible, it's best to have your domain name ready to go. You can purchase one directly from providers like 123-reg or GoDaddy, or if you'd prefer, we can step in and help you procure the perfect domain name for your security firm.
10Do you offer email hosting?
Yes, we can help set up and host emails on your domain, we do not charge extra for email accounts.
